Job Summary:
The Floor Incharge is responsible for managing daily operations on the showroom floor, supervising sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining product displays, and achieving sales targets. The role involves coordinating with management, monitoring inventory, and ensuring smooth functioning of the showroom.
Key Responsibilities
1. Floor Management
- Supervise and manage daily showroom floor operations.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance.
2. Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers in selecting garments.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
3. Sales Supervision
- Support the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Guide staff on product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to staff.
4. Visual Merchandising
- Ensure proper display of garments according to company standards.
- Coordinate with management for promotions and seasonal displays.
5. Inventory Control
- Monitor stock availability on the floor.
- Assist in stock audits and inventory management.
6. Staff Coordination
- Assign duties to sales associates.
- Train new staff on showroom procedures and customer service.
- Maintain teamwork and smooth communication among staff.
