Design, build, operate, and maintain scalable, highly available, and cost-efficient Linux-based tools, platforms, and infrastructure services.

Ensure the availability, stability, reliability, and performance of critical systems and services.

Build and manage containerized environments using modern orchestration platforms and automation tools.

Implement and maintain infrastructure automation and configuration management solutions.

Create, maintain, and review system documentation to ensure operational excellence and quality standards.

Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

Maintain security best practices and ensure compliance across infrastructure components.

Manage deployments and infrastructure changes using structured version control methodologies.

Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call/standby support schedule to ensure operational continuity.

Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

5 – 8 years of hands-on experience in Linux system administration, infrastructure engineering, or platform operations roles.

Strong expertise in Debian and/or Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments.

Deep hands-on experience with Puppet and Ansible for infrastructure automation and configuration management.

Advanced scripting capabilities using Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages.

Strong experience building and supporting container platforms such as Docker Swarm and Kubernetes; exposure to Red Hat OpenShift is an added advantage.

Hands-on experience with GitFlow or similar source-control and deployment methodologies.

Solid understanding of web applications, networking, monitoring, and infrastructure security concepts.

Practical experience with DNS, SMTP/email services, and NTP.

Strong understanding of IP routing, network fundamentals, and OS-level firewall management.

Experience working in high-availability production environments.

Analyze and troubleshoot complex infrastructure and platform-related issues efficiently.
