Role Overview
We are looking for a presentable and organized Front Office Receptionist to manage daily front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience while maintaining efficient office coordination.
Key Responsibilities Front Desk Management
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them appropriately
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper entry procedures
Administrative Support
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and record maintenance
- Manage courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and office supplies
- Maintain and update internal databases and records
Customer Service
- Address client queries, concerns, and complaints effectively
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt responses and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues
Coordination & Operations
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing conference room bookings
- Coordinate travel arrangements such as ticket bookings and accommodation (if required)
- Support internal teams with routine operational tasks
Office Maintenance & Compliance
- Ensure reception and common areas are well-maintained and presentable
- Coordinate with housekeeping and vendors for smooth office operations
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (Front Desk / Reception / Customer Service)
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of English/Hindi/Bengali is an advantage)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
