Job Summary
Futurists is seeking a highly creative, strategic, and performance-driven Social Media Content Strategist to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in content planning, copywriting, storytelling, and campaign ideation across multiple brands and industries.
We are specifically looking for candidates who have prior experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency environment and have handled multiple client brands simultaneously. The candidate should be capable of developing impactful content strategies that align with brand objectives, audience engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media content strategies aligned with brand objectives, campaign goals, and audience engagement metrics.
2. Research industry trends, competitor activities, audience behaviour, and platform insights to create innovative and relevant content ideas.
3. Write compelling captions, content hooks, storytelling narratives, campaign concepts, and promotional copy for social media platforms.
4. Collaborate closely with graphic designers, video editors, performance marketers, and account managers for seamless campaign execution.
5. Plan and manage monthly content calendars for multiple brands across diverse industries.
6.Ensure all content maintains brand consistency, tone, creativity, and audience relevance.
7. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, platform updates, and digital marketing practices.
8. Assist in developing ad copies, campaign briefs, script writing, influencer campaign ideas, and promotional communication when required.
9. Analyze content performance and engagement trends to optimize future strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
10. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Required Criteria
1. Strong copywriting, creative writing, and storytelling abilities.
2. In-depth understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
3. Excellent campaign ideation and creative thinking capabilities.
4. Sound knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and content marketing principles.
5. Ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns, and deadlines efficiently.
6. Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
7. Attention to detail with a strategic and analytical mindset.
8. Proficiency in content planning and social media management tools will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
1. Prior work experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is mandatory.
2. Experience in handling multiple client brands and campaigns simultaneously.
3. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, English, or related field.
4. Proven experience in social media content strategy and campaign planning.
5. Portfolio or sample work showcasing content writing and campaign execution experience preferred.
6. Minimum Experience required is 2 years in the similar domain.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
