Job Description
We are looking for a result-oriented HR Recruiter with experience in BFSI/Field Sales recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates through the complete recruitment cycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle end-to-end recruitment for FLS/BFSI positions.
* Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, databases, references, and social media.
* Screen candidates based on role requirements.
* Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
* Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
* Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate records.
* Achieve monthly recruitment and joining targets.
* Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Required Skills
* BFSI / Field Sales recruitment experience preferred.
* Experience in Life Insurance recruitment will be an added advantage.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
* Hands-on experience with Naukri/job portals.
* Good knowledge of MS Excel and Email Drafting.
* Target-oriented and proactive approach.
