Education - ITI/ Diploma in Engg/ Fine arts
Experience - 8 to 10 years
Job Role - Hard modeler: Design Understanding,3D printing ,model finishing, Part painting, Ornamentation, Film application, CMF knowledge
Job Responsibility -
- Managing 3D Printing & painting facility
- Examine surfaces to determine the kind and amount of work necessary.
- Mix Paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture.
- Recording and maintaining the Paint material inventory.
- Responsible for cleaning up the area and maintenance of the Painting area.
- Work closely with designers for the Shade approval.
Technical / Functional Requirements -
Good Understanding of
- Preparing the 3D printed model /parts & Surface preparation for Painting by scraping, using sand paper, Putty etc.
- Model development process / Timelines.
- Surface Highlight control on the Parts/models for Exteriors and interiors
- Painting of parts as per the instruction sheet.
- Working in Design Studio, Interaction with designers.
High level of creativity and design understanding
