Job Description
INTERMARC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for architectural planning, design development, site coordination, and project execution support. The role is based in Delhi and requires travel to project sites as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and design concepts.
- Develop working drawings and construction details.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.
- Assist in project planning, documentation, and execution.
- Support project managers in delivering projects within timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, MS Office, and other relevant design software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Willingness to travel for project-related assignments.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of interior and commercial project execution.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Experience in site supervision and coordination.
