We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can help expand our online reach, generate quality leads, and strengthen our brand across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage social media platforms, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and performance tracking.
- Create and coordinate engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and websites.
- Execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Plan and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
- Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and the sales team to achieve marketing objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and digital marketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, WordPress, or other CMS platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Digital marketing certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) are an added advantage.
