Role Overview
We are looking for an Education Counsellor / Inside Sales who will be responsible for converting inbound applications generated through digital marketing channels (Meta Ads, website leads, etc.) into enrollments.
This is a consultative inside sales role, where you will understand the career goals of working professionals and guide them toward the most suitable program.
Role & Responsibilities:
· Connect with prospective learners through calls and virtual meetings using the data provided by the company.
· Understand their career goals and guide them towards the right certification programs.
· Ensure proper and timely follow-ups to convert inquiries into enrollments.
· Monitor daily calling activities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
· Lead and support the sales team to help them achieve their individual and team targets.
· Track team performance on a regular basis and share feedback wherever improvement is required.
· Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
· Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the system.
· Coordinate with the marketing team to share feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
Skills Required:
· Min Graduation degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
· 5+ years of proven experience in Ed - Tech sales.
· Proven track record of consistent Target achievement.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Prior experience in inside sales is mandatory.
· Immediate joiners are preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
