Job Summary
The Guest Relationship Manager is responsible for creating a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and prospective buyers. The role involves welcoming guests, managing customer interactions, coordinating site visits, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers and visitors professionally.
- Manage reception and customer lounge areas to ensure a pleasant guest experience.
- Attend and respond to customer inquiries regarding projects, pricing, and amenities.
- Coordinate and schedule site visits for prospective buyers.
- Maintain visitor records and customer databases.
- Support the sales team in customer engagement and follow-up activities.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer requests efficiently.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding appointments, project updates, and documentation.
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues to the relevant departments when required.
- Collect customer feedback and prepare reports on customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with CRM, Sales, Marketing, and Admin teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer service at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–7 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, front office, or real estate customer relations.
- Experience in the real estate industry will be preferred.
