Hairdo Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, well-spoken, and result-oriented Telecaller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, acting as the voice of our brand. Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, following up on potential leads, and scheduling appointments for our salon/hair care services.

Key Responsibilities
- Appointment Scheduling: Seamlessly book, reschedule, and manage client appointments for various hair and beauty services.
- Lead Management: Promptly follow up on incoming leads and inquiries generated through social media, our website, and walk-ins.
- Customer Support: Answer customer questions regarding services, pricing, ongoing promotions, and packages with accurate information.
- Database Management: Maintain and update clean customer records, log call details, and track appointment statuses in our CRM/booking system.
- Retention & Recall: Reach out to existing clients for regular follow-ups, feedback, and reminders for their next scheduled visits.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or a similar role (experience in the salon, wellness, or hospitality industry is a major plus).
- Communication: Fluent in communication with a warm, professional, and convincing telephone etiquette.
- Skills: Strong active listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Tech Savvy: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software or online booking platforms.
- Attributes: Highly organized, goal-oriented, and capable of handling customer queries patiently.
