Overview
A Technical Consultant is responsible for analyzing client requirements, designing technical solutions, and ensuring successful implementation of products or services. They act as a bridge between business needs and technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with clients to understand business and technical requirements
- Design, recommend, and present appropriate technical solutions
- Provide pre-sales support including demos, presentations, and solution proposals
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams
- Configure, customize, and implement solutions based on client needs
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Deliver technical documentation and user training
- Support deployment, integration, and post-implementation activities
- Stay updated with latest technologies and industry trends
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of software systems, architectures, or relevant technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and presentation abilities
- Experience with APIs, integrations, or cloud platforms (if applicable)
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Familiarity with tools like CRM, databases, or project management tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in technical consulting, support, or pre-sales roles
- Relevant certifications (optional but preferred)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
