Job Description:
- Deliver training sessions on AI & Data Analytics (Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau basics).
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery: Conduct classroom/online training on Excel, SQL, Power BI, and basic Python.
- Curriculum Delivery: Follow the prescribed curriculum and ensure timely module completion.
- Assessment: Conduct assignments, assessments, and mock tests to track student progress.
- Practical Learning: Facilitate hands-on sessions, case studies, and real-world projects.
- Student Support: Provide doubt resolution, career guidance, and interview preparation.
- Batch Management: Monitor attendance, discipline, and batch performance.
- Placement Readiness: Support resume building, mock interviews, and soft skills development.
- Coordination & Reporting: Maintain records, submit MIS reports, and coordinate with centre and placement teams.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Data Analytics, Computer Science, IT, Statistics, or related field.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI/Tableau.
- Basic Python knowledge is preferred.
- Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
KPIs:
- Batch completion rate.
- Candidate assessment/project performance.
- Placement readiness and success rate.
- Training feedback scores.
- Prepare lesson plans, training content, and practical assignments.
- Conduct hands-on sessions, case studies, and project-based learning.
- Assess candidates through tests, assignments, and projects.
- Support candidates in building analytical, problem-solving, and employability skills.
- Track attendance, performance, and batch progress.
- Assist in interview preparation and placement readiness.
- Ensure quality training delivery and completion of batch targets.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
