Identify and pursue New business opportunities with Automotive OEM, secure RFI / RFQ for existing and New product portfolio
Evolve comprehensive Customer and Pricing strategy to improve contribution margin and profitability Support all Customer requirements by liaising with Plant teams and ensure timely resolution of all open issues.
Conduct / participate in Technology day at Automotive OEM premises to promote advanced product technology and explore potential opportunity to collaborate in future
Global co-ordination with Key account managers on customer account / Key topics wherever required
Work closely with Program Mgmt team for flawless launch of all New programs
MIS - Prepare Monthly / Full year Sales forecast, Sales variance and monitor market related risks & opportunities on monthly basis
Generate 5 years Long range Growth plan for respective customer accounts / designated plant and push for accelerated growth
Ensure timely payment collection from customers and resolve any credit related issues
Market Intelligence – Obtain market news related to Automotive OEMs , Industry trend and competitor activity. Articulate them as a Quarterly report to Management
Assure compliance with commercial policies including contract review
Demonstrate superior time management skills and keep commitments
