Production and Quality Supervisor:
Core Roles and Responsibilities includes but not limited to the following-
· Production Planning and Management:
o Develop and implement production schedules and workflow plans to meet deadlines and production targets.
o Coordinate resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
o Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
· Quality Control and Assurance:
o Implement and enforce stringent quality control measures, ensuring all products meet engineering specifications and industry standards.
o Conduct regular inspections of work in progress and finished products to identify defects or discrepancies.
o Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize designs for manufacturability (DFM) and resolve quality issues.
· Team Leadership and Development:
o Supervise, lead, and mentor the fabrication and Powder coating and Painting team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
o Train new hires and provide ongoing development opportunities to enhance team members' skills in their respective work and safety protocols.
o Manage employee relations, which includes performance evaluation, coaching, and resolving workplace issues or disputes.
· Safety and Compliance:
o Ensure strict adherence to all safety guidelines, protocols, and regulatory standards.
o Conduct regular safety audits and maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
o Oversee the safe use and maintenance of all machinery and equipment, including CNC machines, press brakes, laser cutters, shears, and welders.
· Administration and Reporting:
o Maintain accurate records of production metrics, inventory levels, labor hours, and material usage in respective operations.
o Prepare and present performance and progress reports to senior management.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., procurement, logistics, engineering, HR) to ensure seamless operations.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
