- Contact customers via phone to coordinate the return of defective inverters for replacement.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely collection and replacement processes.
- Prepare and maintain challans and related documentation.
- Update customer records, return status, and replacement details in Excel sheets.
- Coordinate with service, logistics, and warehouse teams for smooth processing.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular status reports.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills, basic Excel knowledge, documentation skills, and customer follow-up experience.
12th/Graduates preferable
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
