Key Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment processes
- Candidate sourcing through job portals and professional platforms
- Company mapping and market research
- Screening and shortlisting of candidate profiles
- Coordination of interviews and candidate engagement
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and MIS
- Assisting in employer branding initiatives and campus outreach activities
Eligibility:
- Graduate students or final-year students
- Candidates available for full-time
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
