Job Summary
XenelSoft Technologies is looking for an experienced and result-oriented SEO Manager to lead our SEO team and manage international client projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical SEO knowledge, excellent leadership abilities, and outstanding communication skills to effectively handle international clients and drive organic growth.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management
* Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team to ensure timely delivery of projects.
* Allocate tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
* Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
* Develop SEO strategies and ensure their successful implementation by the team.
Client Management
* Act as the primary point of contact for international clients.
* Conduct client meetings, requirement gathering sessions, and project discussions.
* Present SEO strategies, performance reports, and recommendations to clients.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and timely updates.
* Handle client escalations and ensure high client satisfaction.
SEO Strategy & Execution
* Develop and implement effective on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and local SEO strategies.
* Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, website audits, and backlink analysis.
* Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for organic traffic growth.
* Ensure SEO best practices are followed across all client projects.
Reporting & Analytics
* Prepare monthly SEO performance reports.
* Analyze website traffic, rankings, conversions, and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
* Recommend improvements based on data analysis.
Collaboration
* Coordinate with the Development, Content, Design, and Marketing teams to ensure SEO implementation aligns with business objectives.
* Support business development teams during SEO-related discussions with prospective clients.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Local SEO, and Content Optimization.
* Experience managing multiple international SEO projects.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Tag Manager.
* Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities effectively.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
* 4–7 years of relevant SEO experience, including team management.
* Experience working with international clients is mandatory.
