Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Newspaper Head to lead and manage the circulation operations for the assigned region. The candidate will be responsible for increasing newspaper circulation, maintaining strong relationships with distributors and vendors, ensuring timely newspaper delivery, and implementing strategies to improve sales and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all newspaper circulation activities within the assigned region.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase newspaper circulation and market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, vendors, and retailers.
- Monitor daily circulation performance and ensure timely newspaper distribution.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the distribution network.
- Analyze circulation data, market trends, and competitor activities to improve performance.
- Coordinate with the editorial, printing, and marketing teams for smooth circulation operations.
- Resolve distribution-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly circulation reports for management.
- Ensure achievement of circulation and revenue targets for the region.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the regional circulation team.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in newspaper circulation or marketing.
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. MBA is preferred.
- Age: Maximum 40 years.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of newspaper circulation and distribution networks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to achieve business targets and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Compensation
- Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and performance).

- Proven track record in managing newspaper circulation operations.
- Experience in handling distributor and dealer networks.
- Strong understanding of regional markets and circulation planning.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of leading regional operations independently.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
