Responsibilities
Plan and execute engaging events, programs, and activities that promote employee well-being, recognition, and team building.
Initiate employee engagement activities like Fun Friday, sports events, fun events
etc.
Assist end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing potential candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Provide administrative support to employees, including answering phones, responding to emails, and other activities.
Support the development and implementation of employee recognition programs.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any graduation with proven internship or work experience in a similar role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Utilities.
Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for Human Resource Management.
Solid organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
