About the Role
Fortune Furniture & Interiors is looking for an experienced and dynamic Showroom Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, lead our sales team, and ensure smooth business growth at our Parassala showroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Showroom Operations: Manage overall day-to-day operations and ensure monthly sales targets are consistently met.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the showroom sales and support staff effectively.
- Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
- Store Presentation: Monitor inventory levels, showroom displays, and overall store aesthetics.
- Reporting: Prepare daily/monthly business reports and work toward achieving company strategic goals.
- Experience: Prior managerial experience in furniture, interiors, or retail showroom management is required
- Age Limit: Above 35 years
- Key Skills: Strong leadership, proven sales background, team management, and organizational skills
