Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site visits within and outside Kerala
- Supervise and monitor ongoing site works
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and clients
- Check and verify architectural and working drawings from office
- Ensure execution is carried out as per drawings and specifications
- Prepare site reports and update project progress regularly
- Monitor quality, timelines, and site safety standards
- Resolve basic site-level technical and coordination issues
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of construction processes and site coordination
- Ability to read and understand architectural and working drawings
- Willingness to travel for site inspections and meetings
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup and MS Office is preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
