Job Description – Business Development Manager (BDM)
Role Overview : We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong communication skills and a background in inside sales / telesales. The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving revenue targets through effective communication and follow-ups.
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development / Telesales
Compensation
- ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
- Communication & Language Skills
- Strong verbal communication skills in: English , Hindi & Any regional language (preferred advantage)Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

- Ability to articulate clearly and confidently in telephonic conversations
