This is not a traditional internship.
You'll work directly with the founders and play an important role in building both the Voyara brand and the founder's personal brand.
If you naturally notice trends, enjoy creating content, love Instagram, and want real ownership instead of repetitive tasks, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Plan and maintain content calendars.
- Research social media trends and content opportunities.
- Shoot, edit, and publish Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
- Assist with content creation for both Voyara and the founder's personal brand.
- Write captions and support storytelling across platforms.
- Engage with the community through comments and direct messages.
- Coordinate with creators and influencers for collaborations.
- Support photoshoots, campaigns, events, and pop-up activations.
- Track content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute fresh creative ideas and experiments every week.

Requirements
We're looking for someone who:
- Actively uses Instagram and understands internet culture.
- Has strong visual taste and aesthetic judgment.
- Enjoys filming, editing, and experimenting with content.
- Is proactive and comfortable taking ownership.
- Works well in fast-moving startup environments.
- Is comfortable being on set and around cameras.
- Has strong communication skills.
- Is eager to learn and grow quickly.
Experience is welcome but not mandatory.
Personal projects, creative work, editing skills, and initiative matter far more than formal qualifications.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 per month
