We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Accountant to manage our day-to-day financial transactions at our Bodakdev office. You will be responsible for everyday bookkeeping, invoicing, banking operations, and assisting with statutory compliances.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date daily entries of receipts, payments, sales, and purchases in accounting software.
- Invoicing & Documentation: Prepare and process sales invoices, debit/credit notes, and purchase orders.
- Banking Operations: Handle daily bank reconciliations, cash management, and process vendor payments.
- Compliance Support: Assist in preparing data for monthly GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS computations, and e-way bill generation.
- Ledger Reconciliation: Routinely reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable, following up on outstanding payments.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
