What You’ll Do:
- Counseling: Call prospective students to understand their career goals and suggest the right professional courses.
- Conversion: Manage the end-to-end sales funnel, from the first "hello" to the final enrollment.
- Relationship Building: Act as a mentor and guide for freshers and engineering students.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly enrollment goals in a high-energy environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Edutech Counseling.
- Excellent command over English, Hindi, and Bengali (for West Bengal market).
- A "never-give-up" attitude with a focus on closing deals.
- Basic knowledge of the engineering/design sector is a plus!
