We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Kaloor, Kochi
KLM Assets Fin is looking for an energetic and performance-driven Business Development Executives for our Kaloor branch. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in the NBFC or chit fund sector and be comfortable with field-oriented marketing and customer acquisition activities.
The selected candidates will be responsible for expanding the customer base, promoting chit fund schemes, and maintaining strong client engagement within the assigned market area.
Preference:
Candidates from Kaloor and nearby locations and those available for immediate joining will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new enrollments for chit schemes through field marketing and direct customer interaction
- Identify potential business opportunities through networking, references, and local area activities
- Explain and promote chit fund products to individual and corporate customers
- Follow up on installment payments and support timely collections
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain long-term client relationships
- Explore new markets and contribute to branch-level business growth initiatives
- Maintain daily visit records and submit activity reports to the Branch Manager
- Coordinate with branch staff to support business and collection activities
- Ensure customer service standards and company guidelines are consistently followed
