Key Responsibilities:
- Manage valet team, including recruitment, training, and performance monitoring
- Ensure smooth operations, peak hour handling, and timely vehicle delivery
- Maintain vehicle safety and security, handling keys and valuables responsibly
- Provide excellent guest service, addressing concerns and feedback
- Monitor and optimize valet operations for efficiency and revenue growth
Required Skills:
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
