- Receive cash, card, and online payments from customers
- Generate bills and provide receipts
- Handle daily sales and cash transactions accurately
- Operate POS / Billing software efficiently
- Welcome customers and assist them politely
- Maintain the cash counter in an organized manner
- Verify order details before collecting payment
- Prepare daily cash closing and sales reports
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff when required
- Ensure cleanliness and discipline at the billing counter
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of cashier experience in retail food, QSR, bakery, or restaurants.
- Strong team handling and customer communication skills.
- Basic computer/POS knowledge.
- Highly punctual and flexible to work retail shifts and holidays.
