Role: HR Operations Intern
Nature: (Working from office)
Duration: 2 Month
Stipend: ₹5,000 - ₹10,000
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
- Talent Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates for intern-level profiles through various hiring platforms and channels.
- Resume Screening: Screen resumes based on role requirements and coordinate with the hiring team for further evaluation.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews while ensuring smooth communication between candidates and interviewers.
- Candidate Engagement: Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely updates and professional communication.
2. Engagement:
- Activity Ideation: Assist the Senior Manager in planning and ideating employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Deck Creation: Create visually engaging presentations, posters, and internal communication material using Canva and PowerPoint.
- Communication Support: Support internal engagement campaigns and employee communication activities.
3. Operations:
- Vendor Coordination: Assist in vendor coordination and follow-ups for operational requirements.
- Vendor Research: Research and identify new vendors as per organizational requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Support communication and coordination with internal stakeholders for ongoing operational activities.
- Documentation Support: Maintain records, trackers, and operational documents using Excel and Google Workspace tools.
- Folder & Dozier Management: Maintain and regularly update all dozers, folders, and documentation maintained by the HR team.
4. Skills Required:
- Canva
- Good communication skill
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Workspace
- PPT / Deck creation skills
5. Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed Graduation / Post Graduation in HR, Management, Psychology, Commerce, or related fields.
- Strong willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate effectively with teams.
