1. Should have completed Diploma or B.Tech in civil engineering.
2. Should have a minimum work experience of 10 years in civil construction.
3. Should be well versed with the site construction methodologies and practices.
4. Should have knowledge in site execution, thumb rules, and labour handling.
5. Should be able to do site planning and monitor the same on a day-to-day basis.
6. Should be well versed with the study of drawings and preparation of BBS.
7. Should have basic knowledge of nuclear construction, safety & quality requirements of the industry.
8. Should be able to apply planning, designing, constructing, maintaining, and operating infrastructure while protecting the public and environmental health.
9. Should be able to work in teams.
10. Should be able to Prepare cost estimates, define project scopes, and establish timelines and budgets.
11. Conduct risk assessments, oversee material procurement, and monitor construction sites to ensure adherence to design specifications.
