About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. This is a fully remote position open to qualified candidates worldwide.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience managing and optimizing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns across multiple industries. You should be analytical, creative, organized, and confident in scaling campaigns while maintaining strong ROI performance.
In addition to paid advertising, the role also includes daily social media posting and content coordination.
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions
- Conduct audience research, retargeting, and A/B testing
- Develop campaign strategies for lead generation and brand awareness
- Coordinate and publish daily social media posts
- Work with the creative and content team for ad assets and marketing materials
- Generate performance reports and insights
- Stay updated with Meta Ads platform changes and best practices
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Strong understanding of Meta Business Manager and Ads Manager
- Experience handling multiple campaigns and accounts
- Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or basic creative tools is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Portfolio or case studies of previous campaign results is preferred

- Experience with Google Ads
- Basic SEO or social media marketing knowledge
