Rayis Career Campus is hiring a passionate and experienced IATA Faculty / Aviation Trainer for our Calicut branch. We are looking for dynamic professionals with strong aviation industry knowledge and excellent teaching skills to train students for successful careers in aviation, airport management, airline operations, and cabin crew services.
- Conduct IATA and aviation training sessions for students
- Train students in airport operations, airline procedures, and customer service
- Deliver classroom lectures, practical sessions, and presentations
- Support students with interview preparation and personality development
- Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance
- Prepare study materials, assignments, and assessments
- Coordinate with academic and placement teams
- Maintain professional classroom standards and discipline
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of aviation, airport operations, and airline procedures
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
- Good classroom management and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and presentation skills
Eligibility Criteria
- IATA Certification / Aviation Qualification Preferred
- Any Degree / Diploma in Aviation, Travel & Tourism, or related field
- Freshers & Experienced Candidates Can Apply
- Previous experience in aviation training, airline operations, airport customer service, or teaching is an added advantage
