Job Summary The HR Head will lead the Human Resources function by developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization's business objectives. The role is responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, compensation & benefits, learning & development, HR operations, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities 1. HR Strategy & Leadership Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Lead and mentor the HR team. Drive organizational growth and workforce planning. Establish HR policies and best practices.
2. Talent Acquisition Develop recruitment strategies for leadership and critical positions. Manage the end-to-end hiring process. Build relationships with recruitment agencies and hiring partners. Ensure timely closure of positions.
3. Performance Management Design and implement performance appraisal systems. Drive goal setting, KPIs, and employee development plans. Conduct performance review meetings with department heads.
4. Employee Engagement Develop employee engagement initiatives. Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution. Improve employee satisfaction and retention.
5. HR Operations Oversee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits. Ensure accurate HR documentation and employee records. Supervise attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HRMS.
6. Learning & Development Identify training needs. Develop annual training calendars. Monitor leadership development programs.
7. Compensation & Benefits Design compensation structures. Conduct salary benchmarking. Manage employee benefits and insurance programs.
8. Compliance & Statutory Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations. Manage audits related to HR. Ensure adherence to company policies.
9. HR Analytics & MIS Prepare monthly HR dashboards and reports. Analyze attrition, hiring, absenteeism, and productivity. Present HR metrics to senior management.
10. Organizational Development Design organizational structures. Implement succession planning. Drive culture-building initiatives and change management.
Required Qualifications MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
10–15+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience handling end-to-end HR functions. Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
