Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our showroom team in Panchkula. The role involves assisting customers, understanding their requirements, supporting sales activities, and helping deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist showroom visitors.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up on enquiries and support the sales process.
- Prepare basic quotations and maintain customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding customer orders.
- Maintain product knowledge and showroom presentation.
- Contribute towards achieving sales targets.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Interest in furniture, interiors, or design is preferred.
