Business Development Manager (End-to-End Sales)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales activities.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients across global markets.
- Conduct discovery calls and understand client business requirements.
- Present company capabilities, technical solutions, and service offerings.
- Coordinate with technical teams to prepare project estimations and proposals.
- Create and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and commercial documents.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Successfully close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with project managers and delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales within a Software Development Company.
- Proven experience in selling Web Development, Mobile App Development, AI/ML, Python, MERN Stack, SaaS, or Custom Software Development services.
- Strong experience in outbound sales and direct client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and technology solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Europe, Australia, etc.).
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
