Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Head to lead and oversee the complete execution of interior/manufacturing projects—from production planning to final site completion. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Factory Head, Production Team, and Site Supervisors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role requires a proactive leader with excellent coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple cross-functional teams simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of multiple projects from production to site handover.
- Coordinate daily with the Factory Head, Production Team, and Site Supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, production timelines, and site progress.
- Ensure timely availability of materials, manpower, and resources.
- Conduct regular production and site review meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, production, logistics, and site teams for seamless project execution.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to prevent delays.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Prepare project progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements
- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering
- B.Sc. in Interior Design
- B.Tech Civil/ Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Construction Management
- Diploma in Interior Design
- Diploma in Production Engineering, Wood Technology
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project execution within the manufacturing/interior fit-out/modular furniture industry.
- Manufacturing experience is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent cross-functional coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication skills in English, Malayalam, and Hindi (Hindi is mandatory).
- Strong planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Willing to work from Kodungallur, Kerala.
