This role is focused on strengthening Prime’s shopping value proposition in India through differentiated engagement programs and customer experiences that drive acquisition, engagement, and long-term retention.
As the Senior Program Manager for Prime Shopping Engagement and Prime Exclusive Offers (PXO), you will lead strategy and execution for some of Prime India’s highest-impact shopping growth initiatives. You will own programs that help Prime members discover, engage with, and derive greater value from shopping benefits across their lifecycle, while also enabling Stores and brand partners to participate in differentiated Prime experiences.
A key focus area for this role will be scaling Prime Exclusive Offers (PXO), one of Prime India’s most strategic growth levers. You will work across Prime, Stores, Marketing, Product, Science, and Finance teams to improve offer discoverability, engagement, personalization, and customer value perception. You will also help shape future growth mechanisms across rewards, lifecycle engagement, AI/ML-driven personalization, and shopping incentives.
This role requires strong program ownership, analytical rigor, customer obsession, and the ability to influence across a broad set of stakeholders in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. The role offers high visibility with India and WW leadership and an opportunity to shape future Prime shopping experiences at scale.
Key job responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for PXO and Prime shopping engagement programs across the customer lifecycle.
- Define and drive the program roadmap for improving Prime shopping value perception through differentiated offers, rewards, engagement programs, and personalized experiences.
- Partner with Stores/category teams to scale adoption of Prime shopping programs and improve customer value across key shopping moments and events.
- Build scalable mechanisms, dashboards, measurement frameworks, and operating rhythms to track program performance, customer engagement, and business impact.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Science, Analytics, Finance, and Tech teams to grow the adoption of programs
- Drive experimentation and innovation in areas such as AI/ML-driven personalization, lifecycle engagement, and customer incentives to improve Prime acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Represent PXO and Prime shopping engagement programs in leadership reviews and planning forums (OP cycles, QBRs, MBRs), influencing strategy and investment decisions.
- Simplify ambiguous problem spaces, identify new growth opportunities, and develop scalable playbooks that can be leveraged across Prime and Stores organizations.
