Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions across our healthcare and rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR administration, and policy implementation while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies, supporting organizational growth, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and strengthening employee satisfaction and retention initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and confirmation processes
- Oversee employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives
- Coordinate performance management and appraisal systems
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary processes
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and HR compliance activities
- Ensure proper maintenance of employee records and HR documentation
- Support workforce planning and manpower requirements across branches
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
- Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management updates
- Support organizational development and culture-building initiatives
Required Skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent recruitment and talent management capabilities
- Sound knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance requirements
- Strong employee relations and conflict-resolution abilities
- Good planning, organizational, and administrative skills
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions independently
- Proficiency in HR documentation, reporting, and performance management systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional ethics
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resources or relevant qualification preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or Employee Relations
- Experience in healthcare, hospital, clinic, rehabilitation centre, or service industry HR management is an added advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
