We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to property sales closure. The role involves handling company-provided leads, generating new leads through field activities, building client relationships, and converting prospects into successful property sales. Key Responsibilities Follow up with company-generated leads through calls and meetings. Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and market research. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties. Conduct property presentations and site visits with prospective buyers. Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process. Negotiate and close property deals. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements Experience in real estate sales/business development preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of the complete sales process, from lead generation to deal closure. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Comfortable with fieldwork and client meetings. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus. Own vehicle preferred.
