We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Success Executives – IT to join our growing team. Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates with knowledge of Digital Marketing, Website Development, SEO, Google Ads, IT Services, Client Management, or Online Business Solutions will be preferred.
The role involves assisting clients, understanding their business requirements, recommending suitable IT and digital marketing solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the client journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with prospective and existing clients through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT and digital marketing solutions.
- Promote services such as Website Development, SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and other IT services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with leads and support the client onboarding process.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve customer engagement and business growth targets.
