Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Source and screen candidates through various job portals.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Support employee engagement and day-to-day HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
