We Are Hiring – Director's Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Director's Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Director in managing daily business operations, statutory compliance activities, client coordination, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in Labour Law Compliance, HR Operations, Payroll Management, or related domains, along with excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Director.
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and schedules.
- Draft, review, and manage official correspondence, emails, and business communications.
- Prepare presentations, reports, MIS dashboards, meeting agendas, and management summaries.
- Organize and maintain confidential documents, records, and business files.
Client Coordination & Compliance Support:
- Coordinate with clients regarding statutory compliance requirements and documentation.
- Monitor compliance timelines and ensure timely completion of statutory obligations.
- Follow up with clients and internal teams for pending information and deliverables.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, agreements, engagement letters, and client-related documentation.
- Support the Director during client meetings, compliance reviews, and business discussions.
- Coordinate with government authorities and regulatory bodies whenever required.
Project & Team Coordination:
- Maintain the Director's task tracker and monitor the progress of ongoing assignments and projects.
- Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoM) and track action items to ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate with Payroll, Compliance, HR, Accounts, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects.
Compliance & Payroll Assistance:
- Support payroll processing activities and related documentation.
- Assist in labour law compliance, statutory filings, registrations, renewals, and documentation.
- Monitor compliance deadlines under applicable labour laws and ensure timely execution.
- Provide administrative and documentation support for audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Maharashtra Labour Laws and statutory compliance requirements.
- Good understanding of payroll processing and statutory compliance procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong drafting and professional email-writing abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills.
- Excellent coordination, follow-up, and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong client management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
Experience:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Labour Law Compliance, Payroll Processing, HR Compliance, Executive Assistance, or a similar role.
- Prior experience with a Labour Law Consultancy, HR Consultancy, Payroll Consultancy, CA Firm, Legal Firm, or Compliance Advisory Firm will be preferred.

KP Square, Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra
Working Schedule:
- 6 Days Working
- Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
