JOB TITLE: Accountant

ENSURE PROPER FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND ACCOUNTING
- To maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including income and expenses.
- To prepare and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- To oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- To assist in the preparation of financial statements and budget reports.
- To ensure compliance with accounting policies, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
ENSURE PROPER CASH HANDLING AND COLLECTION
- To verify all cash transactions and ensure they match with manual and online records.
- To monitor daily cash deposits and ensure they are accurately recorded and deposited in the bank.
- To ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and reconciled at the end of the day.
- To manage petty cash disbursements, ensuring proper approval and documentation.
ENSURE PROPER DOCUMENTATION AND RECORD KEEPING
- To maintain systematic filing of all financial documents for audit and compliance purposes.
- To verify and update financial records in the hospital management system.
- To coordinate with the billing department to ensure accurate financial data entry and reporting.
- To liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and other financial institutions as required.
ENSURE COORDINATION WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS
- To work closely with the administration and finance team for smooth financial operations.
- To assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- To support HR in payroll processing, ensuring accurate salary disbursements.
- To handle financial queries from management, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
Pay: ₹10,900.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
