Pre-Sales Executive (USA Shift)
Location: Bengaluru (Work From Office / Remote as per company policy)
Shift:
11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Domestic)
7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (USA Shift)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Week Off: 1 Rotational Weekday (Monday–Friday)
Role Overview
As a Pre-Sales Executive (USA Shift), you will play a crucial role in managing demo bookings for students and parents in the United States. You will coordinate with teachers, allocate demos based on customer requirements, manage scheduling across multiple US time zones, and ensure a seamless booking experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, operational excellence, quick decision-making, and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeacher Coordination & Relationship Management
- Coordinate with teachers during the USA shift to ensure smooth demo scheduling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with teachers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain teacher availability.
- Resolve scheduling concerns with minimal impact on customer experience.
Demo Scheduling & Allocation
- Schedule demo sessions based on student and parent preferences.
- Match teachers according to subject expertise, grade level, curriculum, and availability.
- Manage scheduling across US time zones (ET, CT, MT & PT).
- Handle booking requests efficiently while maintaining operational accuracy.
Customer Interaction
- Communicate professionally with US-based students and parents.
- Handle rescheduling requests and customer escalations effectively.
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the booking process.
Operations & System Management
- Maintain accurate booking records and teacher availability.
- Work on internal dashboards, CRM, and scheduling tools.
- Prepare shift handovers with complete operational updates.
- Ensure all operational data is updated before the end of the shift.
Performance & Reporting
- Monitor teacher performance and booking quality.
- Track teacher availability and optimize demo conversions.
- Generate basic reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks proactively.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Operations, Customer Support, BPO, EdTech, or Scheduling roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working permanent night shifts (USA Shift).
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Good analytical and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM/operational tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in EdTech, BPO, or International Process will be an added advantage.
