- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in site supervision and day-to-day construction activities.
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of RCC, steel structures, surveying, estimation, and construction materials.
- Ability to read drawings and plans.
- AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic quantity estimation.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Support senior engineers in measurement, quantity take-off, and preparing reports.
- Monitor material quality, workmanship, and safety compliance at site.
- Prepare basic drawings and BOQs under guidance.
- Maintain documentation such as DPR, WPR, checklists, and inspection reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site team.
- Learn and apply project management tools and site standards.
