Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Compliance Executive with 1–3 years of relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws, maintaining statutory records, coordinating with consultants and government authorities, and supporting regular HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare Fund, Professional Tax and other statutory compliances.
- Support monthly PF and ESIC contribution processing and verify challans and returns.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, notices and employee documentation.
- Coordinate with labour-law consultants, auditors and government authorities.
- Handle employee onboarding and exit compliance documentation.
- Monitor contractor compliance, including licences, wage records, attendance, PF, ESIC and statutory documents.
- Verify minimum-wage compliance and timely payment of wages.
- Assist in preparing and submitting statutory returns within prescribed timelines.
- Support Shops and Establishments registration, renewals and amendments.
- Maintain records related to the Payment of Bonus, Gratuity, Maternity Benefit and POSH compliance.
- Assist in internal and external HR compliance audits.
- Track changes in labour laws and communicate necessary actions to the management.
- Prepare monthly compliance reports and maintain an updated compliance calendar.
- Address employee queries related to PF, ESIC, gratuity and other statutory benefits.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labour Laws, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR compliance, statutory compliance or HR operations.
- Working knowledge of PF, ESIC, minimum wages, gratuity, bonus, maternity benefits, POSH and applicable labour laws.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS applications.
- Good documentation, coordination and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet statutory deadlines.
Pay: ₹11,017.64 - ₹33,109.81 per month
