Perform structural analysis and design of steel and RCC structures, including hangars,
industrial sheds, and buildings.
Review structural calculations, GA drawings, connection designs, and fabrication
drawings.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (IS, IRC, BIS, AISC, Eurocodes, etc.).
Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
Provide technical guidance and review the work of junior engineers.
Resolve design-related queries during project execution and construction.
Independently manage projects from conceptual design through detailed engineering
and documentation.
Apply advanced knowledge of wind, seismic, and other structural loading
requirements
Technical Skills
Strong expertise in steel structures, including portal frames, trusses, connections, and
detailing.
Experience in RCC building design.
Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, MIDAS, ETABS, IDEA StatiCa, Revit, and related
structural design software.
Excellent analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
10+ years of relevant experience in the design of steel and RCC structures for
industrial, infrastructure, or building projects
