*Job Title: Technical Trainer – Java / Full Stack*

Job Overview:
We are looking for passionate and skilled Technical Trainers to deliver high-quality training in Java, Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), and Java Full Stack Development to students. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge along with the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging classroom and practical training sessions on Java, DSA, and Full Stack Development
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments
- Guide students on coding practices, problem-solving, and project development
- Conduct mock interviews, coding tests, and doubt-solving sessions
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies
- Ensure completion of syllabus within timelines
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Core Java & Advanced Java
- Good understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms
- Experience in Java Full Stack Development:
- Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React/Angular preferred)
- Backend: Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs
- Database: MySQL / MongoDB
- Familiarity with Git, APIs, and deployment basics
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
- Prior teaching/training experience preferred (freshers with strong skills can apply)
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
Preferred Candidate:
- Candidates from Vadodara or nearby locations preferred
Salary:
- As per industry standards (based on experience and skills)

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
