KonfiZ is a fast-growing brand engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of bakery ingredients, confectionery products, chocolate compounds, chocolate fillings, ice cream ingredients, toppings, inclusions, food ingredients, and allied products. We serve bakeries, cafés, ice cream manufacturers, food service businesses, and retail customers across India.
Position
Head – HoReCa, Modern Trade & Retail Sales
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for HoReCa, Modern Trade, and General Trade channels.
- Expand business with hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, QSRs, cloud kitchens, and institutional buyers.
- Secure product listings and business development opportunities with modern trade chains and organized retail.
- Appoint, develop, and manage distributors, super stockists, and channel partners.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage key accounts and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Identify new markets, products, and growth opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing, production, and logistics teams.

Desired Profile
- 8+ years of relevant sales experience.
- Proven track record in HoReCa and Modern Trade sales.
- Strong network within hotels, restaurants, bakeries, café chains, distributors, and retail chains.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
